Rick Howard, CPA -

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Rick Howard holds both a CPA and a CMA designation, and is licensed to practice accounting in Idaho and Oregon. Mr. Howard has work experience in public and private accounting since 1981.

LEADERSHIP: He has held many leadership positions including Student Body President at the University of Idaho, State Chairman of the Hugh O’Brian Youth Idaho Leadership Foundation, President of the Payette Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Hope Pregnancy Resource Center and is currently Secretary/Treasurer on the Farmers Mutual Telephone Company’s Board of Directors. Rick believes that this experience has helped him to develop skills and to envision the potential in any organization, to set goals and work with diverse groups of people to obtain results.
